Uptime Commitment

  • Service Availability: We maintain a 99.85% uptime on record for the Hydrocompute 2 facility.
  • Power Redundancy: Critical loads are protected by an isolated redundant UPS ($N+1$) and 500 kW $N+1$ power distribution.
  • Cooling Redundancy: Frost prevention and cooling controls are powered redundantly via 3-phase 63A STS switches.

Managed Services Response Times

  • Smart Hands: Our multifunctional team is available 24/7/365 with a guaranteed 10-minute response time.
  • Remote Hands: Standard requests are handled within business hours, with expedited options for no-notice emergency support.

Security & Monitoring

  • Physical Guarding: Security officers are on-site 24/7/365, supplemented by a dedicated Kill-switch officer
  • Surveillance: All facility areas are under CCTV surveillance with a 30-day video retention period.
